Essential Information regarding COVID-19

Do you feel sick? It is more important than ever that all staff, visitors and customers stay at home if unwell. Even if you only have mild symptoms or 'feel a little off' you should play it safe, stay at home and get tested immediately. We're in this together: Consider the health of your family, our staff and our visitors at Bunjil Place. Remember to cough/sneeze into your elbow, stay 1.5m away from others, practice good hand hygiene and download the COVID-19 App. Masks must be worn at all times: It is compulsory for all visitors and staff to wear a fitted mask that covers the mouth and nose. Exceptions include infants, children under 12 and people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a medical excemption. Masks can be removed when consuming food, drink or medication. Keeping it clean: We have a team of dedicated cleaners that will be working around the clock to keep the facility clean for you and your families. Contact tracing: All visitors are required to provide their contact details using the QR code at our main entry points. If you don't have a smartphone available a stationed staff member will be there to enter your details manually. We will keep these details secure for 28 days and only provide them to the DHHS if needed for contact tracing purposes. Cashless payment: To align ourselves with DHHS recommendations and help prevent the risk of community transmission we will only be accepting cashless payments at Bunjil Place. Online ordering at the Cafe: Online ordering is now available at the Cafe. Visit bunjilplace.yourorder.io to place your order and we will let you know when it's ready to be picked up from the counter. Easy! We've also revamped our outdoor seating so you and the family can dine outside in the Plaza.
