We remain committed to the implementation of COVID-Safe policies that meet the conditions outlined by State Government and ask all our guests to consider the health of your family, our staff and the wider community when visiting the facility.

Vaccination and check-in requirements apply to everyone aged 18 years or over, unless you have a valid medical exemption from an authorised medical practitioner.

The quickest and easiest way to show proof of vaccination is by adding your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app. For information about how to get your vaccination certificate please visit the Victorian Government's Coronavirus website. If you don’t have a smartphone or are unable to use one, there are additional non-digital proof of vaccination status options available including an official copy of your Australian Immunisation Register vaccination certificate or a printed copy of your digital vaccination certificate from myGov alongside photo identification.

Bunjil Place has the right to refuse entry to someone who cannot or will not show proof of vaccination. Legal protections are in place. Patrons and visitors must prove their vaccination or exemption status to enter our venue.

If you have purchased tickets to an event and now find you are unable to attend due to the vaccination rules, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact our Box Office on +613 9709 9700 or via email at [email protected] including your booking reference number.

We ask that you are kind and patient with our staff and each other as we work together to keep our community safe.

We will be reviewing our conditions of entry regularly to keep in line with State Government recommendations, but encourage you to keep scrolling ↓↓↓ for handy quick links. You can also follow us on Facebook for regular updates.

Thanks for your continued support and we hope to see you soon!

Ticket-holders affected by the closure will be contacted and full ticket refunds will be provided. For events that are postponed, there will also be the option to retain tickets for the rescheduled performance. Customers do not need to contact the Box Office.

Our website will be updated regularly with the latest information on the closure and any potential changes as they arise. As the whole venue will be closed to the public, the best way to contact us, if required, is through phone, email or social media.
