Appreciated for the sensitivity and integrity of his interpretations, Alexander Boyd enjoys a career as both soloist and chamber musician.

Born in 1972 he made his Concerto debut in 1983 with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and since his London Wigmore Hall debut in 2001 he has performed at many of the world's leading recital halls, as well as appearing in international music festivals in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Recent appearances have included concerts in partnership with Musica Viva, performances on the Resonate Recital Series at the Art Gallery of NSW, the Melbourne Recital Centre, the Sydney Recital Hall, the National Gallery in Canberra, the Newcastle Conservatorium, and radio broadcasts throughout the country.
