The place to be these school holidays!

Two weeks of school holidays is no yolk, so we're serving up some free fun in the Plaza along with awesome family shows to ease the load. Check out what's on below:
 

  • 11.00 am to 2.00 pm Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 April - School Holiday Craft: Collage Underwater Creatures (FREE)
    Let the kiddies get creative and build a new underwater pet for your home. There's no JAWS music here. Just free school holiday fun!
     
  • 11.00 am to 2.00 pm Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 April - Outdoor Fun & Games (FREE)
    This week is all about SPORT in the Plaza! Let the kids flip and bend with Casey Gymnastics, smack backhands with Tennis VIC, hit slap shots with Hockey VIC, kick-to-kick with the Melbourne FC and shoot hoops with Casey Basketball. As always there'll be plenty of seating and giant games on hand for the kids - and adults - that like things at a slower pace.
     
  • 1.00 pm & 3.00 pm Thursday 18 April - Billionaire Boy
    Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a billion dollars? David Walliams’ best-selling book comes to life on stage for kids - and their adults!
     
  • 2.30 pm Friday 19 April - Flicks for Easter: Rise of the Guardians (FREE)
    Generation after generation, immortal Guardians like Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy protect the world's children from darkness and despair. However, an evil boogeyman named Pitch Black schemes to overthrow the Guardians by obliterating children's belief in them. It falls to a winter sprite named Jack Frost to thwart Pitch's plans and save the Guardians from destruction.
     
  • 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm Saturday 20 April - Craft for Easter: Kite Making (FREE)
    Drop into this fun craft-a-noon and have the kids make their own Easter inspired paper sock kite.
     
  • 3.00 pm Saturday 20 April - Flicks for Easter: Peter Rabbit (FREE)
    Peter Rabbit and his three sisters Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-Tail enjoy spending their days in Mr. McGregor's vegetable garden. When one of McGregor's relatives suddenly moves in, he's less than thrilled to discover a family of rabbits in his new home. A battle of wills soon breaks out as the new owner hatches scheme after scheme to get rid of Peter -- a resourceful rabbit who proves to be a worthy and wily opponent.
