Every Thursday night next month, we're rolling out some of this town's best music acts.

As the name suggests this is all about warm nights, the tunes, great brews and food.

Good times.

Each weekly session starts at 6pm, making the most of the remaining lush summer sunsets, melting behind our soaring wings. Legitimately #blessed.

Thursdays 1, 8, 15 and 22
Bunjil Place Plaza
6.00 pm - 9.00 pm

SESSION ONE: Husky + Alexander Biggs + Swamp
Thurs 1 Feb

Psychedelic-folk-dreamers Husky return to Australia after winning hearts globally with their critically acclaimed third LP Punchbuzz. They kick off our first session with super talented Alexander Biggs and local surf-rockers Swamp.

SESSION TWO: The Scrims + Mike Elrington + Hollie Joyce
Thurs 8 Feb

Ohhh yeah, if you've spent any time around the outer east you'll know The Scrims - they carry a bit of legendary status. These cheeky fellas know how to make a crowd go nuts and perhaps get a little loose in the best possible way. With the epic guitar skills of Mike Elrington and wildly unconventional Hollie Joyce, you're in for so many treats.

SESSION THREE: Wolf and Willow + Miles and Simone + Khristian Mizzi
Thurs 15 Feb

Sublime voices and, of course, the melodies. We take a step back with alt-folk and alt-country duos, Wolf and Willow and Miles and Simone as they sit side-by-side in an eve of stories unfolding. They are joined by Melbourne music scene mainstayer, Khristian Mizzi.

SESSION FOUR: Jazz Party + Leah Senior + Cloud Castles
Thurs 22 Feb

It's an eclectic mix, with these three acts, that celebrates what music in Melbourne is made of. Made for the bar room not the ballroom, Jazz Party is a loose collective of jazzbos that will wrap up Summer Sounds with the ultimate party (they ain't called that for nothin')!
