Enjoy a performance like no other, from the wildly entertaining Ukulele Death Squad – a genre defying, eight-piece band known for their explosive live shows, fierce brass section and theatrical flair.
Blending gypsy jazz, R&B and folk with pounding rhythms and powerhouse vocals, they bring a riot of sound, humour and showmanship to the stage.
Then settle in for an outdoor screening of Jack Arnold’s 1955 sci-fi horror classic Tarantula! A vintage creature feature where a giant mutant spider terrorises the desert.
This retro classic with old school special effects is the perfect excuse to hold on tight to your Valentine!
Audiences can also enjoy extended hours in the Gallery to explore Maria Fernanda Cardoso: Spiders of Paradise.
Expect an evening of mischief, music, movie magic and memory making for those who want to get dressed up and make the most of our Valentine's Spider themed photo wall. Bring a picnic rug, grab dinner from a food truck or bring your own and prepare for a fun night out.
It's all part of Week Two of Open Space at Bunjil Place
