Lineup:
6.30 pm Alkira Synth Collective
7.00 pm Lupa J
8.00 pm Pseudo Echo
Relive the electric vibes of the 80s with Aussie synth-pop legends Pseudo Echo. Famous for mega-hits like Funky Town, Listening and Love An Adventure, their explosive live show featuring full six-piece band, immersive visuals, and a setlist packed with nostalgic anthems. It’s a high-energy journey through the decade that defined a generation.
They’ll be supported by an innovator in the Australian electro-pop scene, Lupa J. They combine haunting violin, deep dance beats and ethereal vocals into a genre blurring sound. Their recent singles include Alien, Wake and Some Kinda Glory.
Rounding out the performers will be the Alkira Secondary Synth Collective. Born from a love of 90s trance and Eurythmics-style synth pop, this student-led collective will open the night with a sonic exploration of synth textures, sample pads and hypnotic beats. Expect swirling keys, pitch-bending wheels, and fresh futuristic energy from the next generation of electronic musicians.
Grab dinner from a food truck and join us on a musical journey where the 80’s meet the future.
It's all part of Week Four of Open Space at Bunjil Place
