Double Delicious: Kimchee Workshop & Demonstration

Heather will share the process she used to create her story for Double Delicious, and participants will then have the opportunity to think about their own personal stories inspired by a favourite dish.

The workshop concludes with a Kimchi demonstration by Heather, giving insight into how pairing personal stories with food can amplify the meaning and significance of individual narratives and highlight connections to history, culture and community.
