Audiences are in for a treat, when award-winning Tamil-Australian artist Wild Gloriosa brings her captivating blend of neo-soul, R&B, and jazz to the Open Space stage. With music grounded in self-love, identity and community, her performances are transformative. With South Indian roots and a Singaporean upbringing, Wild Gloriosa’s journey spans diverse landscapes. Raised in a household where music was a way to connect with the community, she uses songwriting as a canvas for sharing messages with the world.
Internationally acclaimed veena virtuoso Hari Sivanesan will lead a joyful and genre-blending set inspired by Bharat and Bollywood. A boundary-pushing artist with a global career, Hari fuses South Indian classical with contemporary sounds, creating music that is both rich in tradition and bold in experimentation.
Studio J will bring to the Plaza a stunning selection of performances inspired by regional dance styles and the timeless elegance of the sari. Featuring the talented Studio J teachers, their incredible students, and the powerhouse Sapphire Dance team, this showcase promises rhythm, grace, and a whole lot of sparkle — a true celebration of India’s diversity through dance.
Kerfew is a creative collective showcasing South Asian culture, music and art through events, workshops, media and mutual aid. The collective has ethnically diverse multi-faceted members residing throughout the country. Kerfew Collective's Dj's will be setting the mood throughout the evening so bring your crew, grab a bite from the food trucks and stay for a night of culture, creativity and connection.
Audiences can also enjoy extended hours in the Gallery to celebrate the Australian debut of the blockbuster touring exhibition The Offbeat Sari.
