Acting & Theatre Pathways Program : Victorian College of the Arts

Are you a Year 10, 11 or 12 student who loves acting and making theatre? Are you interested in the possibility of a career in theatre, film, television or the performing arts?

The Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) at the University of Melbourne, in partnership with Bunjil Place, is offering an after-school pathways program for students who want to discover more about becoming a professional actor and theatre-maker.

The program will introduce students to skills and training in theatre and performance, and give you a chance to meet current VCA students and staff. 

Participants have an option to perform their work for a live audience, the conclusion of the workshops. 

REHEARSALS
Wednesday 28 August, 4.45 - 8.00 pm
Wednesday 11 September (after school)
Friday 6 September, 4.45-  8.00 pm
 

PERFORMANCE
Sunday 15 September (afternoon)

The University of Melbourne Victorian College of the Arts OPEN DAY 
Sunday 18 August 10.00 am - 5.00 pm

As part of this program we extend a special invitation for you to attend Open Day at the University of Melbourne (unimelb.edu.au). This day will include tailored talks, a personalised tour, goodies bag and workshops. We recommend you attend this day with your parent or carer to best understand tertiary pathway opportunities at VCA. If you cannot attend with your parent / carer please let us know as we can provide support for you to attend.
