Alongside performances for students and teachers, we invite you to come to a free 60-minute professional development zoom session demonstrating engaging music activities from our partners at Musica Viva.
Experienced performing arts teachers and Nisha Feik will demonstrate several easy music activities from the Taikoz online resources. From video and audio recordings of repertoire to be performed in the concerts, to body percussion and spoken rhythm activities, this will be a fun and interactive session. Teachers will be able to use these ideas with the website to introduce students to Taikoz before their performance and to revise concepts afterwards.
