Meditation in the Gallery

Spend your Monday evening quietly observing artworks from Jennifer Mills’ In the echo chamber at free, guided meditation in the Gallery. 

Over the course of one-hour participants will be taken on a journey of guided meditation led by local yoga and meditation studio Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda, with works of art underpinning our meditation experience.

Suitable for ages 16+. All skill levels welcome.

Meditation is seated, no yoga mat required. Please note water bottles cannot be brought into the Gallery.

Om Som Yoga & Ayurveda is an urban temple where traditional Vedic wisdom unfolds a path to a healthy body, calm mind, and purposeful life. Curated by Aaron Petty and Paige Taylah, Om Som is a local gem born from their shared love for Yoga & Ayurveda. Aaron, a dedicated yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and yoga teacher trainer, founded Om Som five years ago, driven by his transformative journey from anxiety to true health. Paige, a yoga teacher and ayurvedic consultant found herself creating Om Som as a nurturing space for the community to live healthier lives. 

At Om Som, we offer daily in-person yoga & meditation classes, courses, workshops, individualised yoga and Ayurveda sessions, to create a holistic well-being experience. Rooted in traditional tantric Hatha Yoga, our diverse styles—Solar Hatha, Lunar Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation—invite you to craft a practice that aligns with your lifestyle.
