Andrea Lam is one of Australia’s most celebrated pianists, renowned for her expressive artistry and dazzling technique. If you've enjoyed her warm, insightful presence on ABC's The Piano, now is your chance to experience her live with Melbourne Chamber Orchestra in their October program, DuskLit.
Performing Mozart's beloved Piano Concerto No. 21, Andrea brings elegance, joy and extraordinary musicality to one of the composer's most cherished masterpieces.
The program also features Mendelssohn's radiant Italian Symphony, bursting with sunshine and exuberance, alongside the premiere of a powerful new work by Australian composer Miriama Young. With students from the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music joining the orchestra, this inspiring concert celebrates music's power to connect generations and communities.
