4Cs is proud to celebrate its 19th year of outstanding performances by primary, secondary and community participants.
Presented by students from Years 3 to 12 across the City of Casey and Melbourne, this vibrant showcase will run for four epic nights at Bunjil Place and celebrate cultural diversity and student creativity through performance and visual arts.

4Cs Founder & Director Laitini Matautia
Laitini Matautia is the Founder and Director of 4Cs – Cultivating Creative Cultures with Communities, a student-led program running for nearly two decades and now embedded in the VCE-VM curriculum across various victorian schools. She has led collaborations with schools, councils, cultural organisations, and community groups to create platforms for young people to share their voices and leadership through Performing Arts, Literacy, Visual Arts, and Applied Arts. Her work is underpinned by the values of inclusion, respect, and integrity, ensuring education remains deeply connected to culture, community, and real-world experience. She is widely regarded for her ability to bring diverse groups together, bridging gaps between schools and communities while creating spaces where young people feel valued and seen.
With over 20 years as an educator and community advocate, Laitini has currently shaped applied learning pathways and developed new VET programs in Cultural Leadership and Community Services at NWP-12. Her projects have reached thousands of students and families through cultural showcases, creative writing exhibitions, and workplace learning with local organisations. Recognised by partners such as the City of Casey, VicHealth, Bunjil Place, and the State Library Victoria, she continues to champion student agency, equity, and cultural pride, amplifying unheard voices across Victoria. Her leadership has not only transformed school-based learning but also built sustainable community partnerships that celebrate diversity and empower the next generation of leaders.
