The FIFA World Cup is the world’s biggest football tournament, bringing together the best national teams from across the globe every four years. It is known for unforgettable matches, shared celebrations and moments that bring people together.


Throughout June and July, experience the tournament live on the Bunjil Place Outdoor Screen. Settle in under the open sky, watch world‑class football on the big screen and enjoy the atmosphere as fans gather to cheer, celebrate and share the action.

What to Expect

  • Free entry. No registration required.
  • Please bring your own seating, such as chairs or picnic rugs. A limited number of café tables and chairs will be available.
  • You are welcome to bring your own picnic.
  • Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed in this space.
  • The Bunjil Place Café will be open daily from 8.00 am-4.00 pm Monday-Friday, and from 10.00 am-4.00 pm Saturday & Sunday, offering snacks and hot drinks.
  • Matches will continue to be broadcast on the big screen in all weather conditions. There is limited space undercover for wet weather conditions.
  • Bunjil Place is a public venue. Please be respectful of other patrons and Bunjil Place staff.
  • Flares, pyrotechnics and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
