Be the first to see fresh comedic talent take to the stage in the heart of Casey.
The women of colour performing in the Showcase will have graduated from an 8-week stand-up comedy course at Bunjil Place.
Over 8 weeks in July and August, they will learn how to create and perform stand-up in a safe, inclusive space, facilitated by comedian Annie Louey.
The Showcase is their chance to perform their original sets live to a real audience.
This will be a night that women of colour and their loved ones will love, but more than that, this is for any lovers of stand-up comedy.
Come along and support these emerging artists as they hone their craft.
Artist line up will be announced in August.
The Brown Women Comedy Up and Comers Showcase is a partnership between Bunjil Place and Australian South Asian Centre.
